Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Enclose. Please note there is no guarantee on delivery times as freight delays are beyond our control. However, this is what should be expected:

Shipping is available within New Zealand for FREE*

We endeavor to have all orders manufactured in house, right here in New Zealand and dispatched within 4 weeks purchase. You will receive a shipping notification when your unit, is on its way to you. 

New Zealand Free* delivery options. 

Our smaller items are sent through NZ Couriers: 

Small Heat Pump, Large Heat Pump, Bin, Gas Bottle and Pool Pump standard sizes are shipped for Free - unless rural delivery or outer islands.

All custom sizes are quoted on request, as these are oversized will be frighted via Mainfreight or collected from your nearest Mainfreight depot. 

If rural delivery for standard - extra charges are as follows:

Rural delivery – extra as per below.

Heat Pump Small/Large – North Island $35 South Island $60

Bin/Pool/Gas – North Island $75 and South Island $100

We offer free nationwide delivery, but please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address during the checkout process for successful delivery.

If you're located in a rural area, your delivery may take longer than usual and will incur additional charges as above. 

For shipping to Australia and Pacific Islands via DHL, you can request a quote and arrange the delivery through our "Get a Free Quote" option.

If you reside in outer islands like Chatham Islands, Waiheke Island, or Great Barrier Island, please be aware that there are additional charges for shipping. We suggest reaching out to us for precise pricing.
