ARE OUR ENCLOSE HEAT PUMP COVERS SAFE TO PLACE OVER MY HEAT PUMP?

Enclose Heat Pump Covers are NZ’s only Independently tested to AS/NZS standard by world leading ISO Certified scientist, to not only look great, but maintain efficiency and performance.

Enclose aluminium covers are designed and engineered for optimal airflow, with minimised impact on the duty cycle of the unit. Your enclose heat pump cover must be mounted 100mm away from the wall – for optimal ventilation.

OUR TURNAROUND TIME

All enclose covers are standard sizes – yet individually manufactured inhouse by our team of experts and powdercoated locally with top of the line Dulux powdercoat. So please expect a minimum 4 week turn around time for collection and dispatch. You will receive the tracking info when your shipment in on it’s way to you.

Need a different size then the standard sizes, we have to offer at checkout? Or do you have a big multi town-house project on the go. No job is too big to small for the team. We routinely custom make any size to suit your space and requirements. WHAT WARRANTY IS GIVEN?

Enclose Outdoor Covers provides a 10 year workmanship warranty and 2 year components warranty on hardware. All hardware and components are subject to the manufacture’s warranty only. The Enclose warranty is subject to The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. This warranty covers the replacement or repair of any defect that is not a result of normal wear and tear. DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM SIZES OR CAN I MODIFY MY ENCLOSE PRODUCT?

Yes, everything is designed and manufactured here at our factory so we can customize anything for you. Simple send an email to the team at hello@enclose.co.nz and we can quote your size/design/quantity for your unique project.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS AND RETURNS?

Standard consumer rights and guarantees apply, but please choose carefully as your order is 100% custom made at the time of order, we do not offer returns or refunds if you change your mind; if you have ordered the wrong colour; if you have ordered the wrong size; if the product doesn’t fit; or if you find that it is not suitable for your space. WHAT MATERIALS ARE ENCLOSE PRODUCTS MADE FROM?

We are proudly 100% NZ made using NZ extruded aluminium. All our hardware is top grade stainless steel and finished in a premium powder coat using the Dulux powder coating range. Nothing but the very best is being used for your asset.

ARE ENCLOSE PRODUCTS WELDED OR SCREWED?

All Enclose products are manufactured here in New Zealand, so all pre-manufactured components are welded for strength and durability, ensuring no sagging occurs overtime.

We offer a 10-year warranty on materials and workmanship.

HOW LONG DOES ASSEMBLY OF MY ENCLOSE COVER TAKE?

Your Enclose Heat Pump Cover – both small and large – will take approx. 15min to install. All instructions and fasteners are supplied. Just an allen key and screwdriver is required from you. If you are attaching your Enclose unit to brick or concrete then a masonry drill bit and drill will also be required.

Your Enclose Bin and Pool Pump Cover will take approx. 2 hours to install, for someone with reasonable DIY skills. All instructions and fasteners are supplied. Some tools are required from you. If you are attaching your Enclose unit to brick or concrete – then a masonry drill bit and drill will also be required.

HOW DO I MOUNT MY ENCLOSE COVER?

There is two options to mount your Enclose cover. The first is via the adjustable foot mounted system and the second is via the wall mounted system. Four points of fastening is required minimum.

Foot Mounted – This is included with your Enclose cover. Ensure you have a level surface, either attach directly to timber with the included stainless-steel fasteners or attach to your masonry base using the 8mm diameter masonry plugs and stainless steel fasteners. An 8mm masonry drill bit is required and not included in your kitset, however all fasteners and installation instructions are included.

Wall Mounted – Use the wall mount brackets if you can only attach your cover in two places with the standard adjustable feet, or if the feet are sitting on a non-fixable surface, such as grass or pebbles. The wall mounted bracket includes fasteners, for both timber and masonry connections and installation instructions.

Adjustable feet are included as standard with all covers, and wall brackets are available for purchase at an additional cost.

DO I NEED A FLAT SURFACE TO INSTALL MY ENCLOSE SYSTEM ONTO?

Yes. We recommend all installation of Enclose covers on a level concrete or wooden platform for optional use and mounting.

IS THERE AN INSTALLATION SERVICE?

Yes. We have a 3rd party partner that offers installation services. Bookings can be made through their portal accessible within the products page. The cost of this will depend on location and installation requirements.
