ARE OUR ENCLOSE HEAT PUMP COVERS SAFE TO PLACE OVER MY HEAT PUMP?

Enclose Heat Pump Covers are NZ’s only Independently tested to AS/NZS standard by world leading ISO Certified scientist, to not only look great, but maintain efficiency and performance.

Enclose aluminium covers are designed and engineered for optimal airflow, with minimised impact on the duty cycle of the unit. Your Enclose Heat Pump Cover must be mounted 100mm away from the wall – for optimal ventilation.

OUR TURNAROUND TIME

We keep stock of our most popular standard covers. If we have your preferred cover and colour in stock, it will be dispatched within 1 week from receipt of payment.

If we don't have your preferred colour in stock, we aim to have covers powder coated and dispatched within 2-3 weeks from payment.

Custom builds require 4 weeks from receipt of payment and approval of drawings.

You will receive the tracking info when your shipment in on it’s way to you.

WHAT WARRANTY IS GIVEN?

Enclose provides a 10 year workmanship warranty and 2 year components warranty on hardware. All hardware and components are subject to the manufacture’s warranty only. The Enclose warranty is subject to The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. This warranty covers the replacement or repair of any defect that is not a result of normal wear and tear. DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM SIZES OR CAN I MODIFY MY ENCLOSE PRODUCT?

Yes, our expert team design and manufacture all our covers here in our NZ factory. We can customize anything for you - no job is too big or small for our team.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS AND RETURNS?

Standard consumer rights and guarantees apply, but please choose carefully as your order is 100% custom made at the time of order, we do not offer returns or refunds if you change your mind; if you have ordered the wrong colour; if you have ordered the wrong size; if the product doesn’t fit; or if you find that it is not suitable for your space. WHAT MATERIALS ARE ENCLOSE PRODUCTS MADE FROM?

We are proudly 100% NZ made using NZ extruded aluminium and top grade stainless steel hardware. We only use Dulux accredited powder coaters to finish covers, ensuring nothing but the very best is being used for your asset.

ARE ENCLOSE PRODUCTS WELDED OR SCREWED?

All Enclose products are manufactured here in New Zealand, so all pre-manufactured components are welded for strength and durability, ensuring no sagging occurs overtime.

We offer a 10-year workmanship warranty.

HOW LONG DOES ASSEMBLY OF MY ENCLOSE COVER TAKE?

All Enclose covers include instructions, fasteners and an Allen key. All holes are pre-drilled for fast, easy fastening.

The only tools you require is a Phillips Head screwdriver and if you are attaching your Enclose cover to concrete, then you will need a drill and an 8mm masonry drill bit.

Enclose Heat Pump Covers – both small and large – will take approx. 15-30mins to install.

Enclose Gas Bottle Covers will take approx. 1 hour to install.

Enclose Wheelie Bin and Pool Pump Covers will take approx. 2 hours to install, for someone with reasonable DIY skills.

HOW DO I MOUNT MY ENCLOSE COVER?

There are three options to mount your Enclose cover. A minimum of four points of fastening is required to ensure stability of your cover.

Foot Mounted – You can fasten your cover via the foot either directly to a timber base with the included fasteners or secure it to a concrete base using the 8mm diameter masonry plugs and fasteners. An 8mm masonry drill bit is required and not included in your kitset, however all other fasteners are included.

Wall Fasteners – If you can only fasten two feet to the ground, you use our wall brackets to attach the back of your cover to a wall for additional support. Wall brackets are available to purchase from our website shop at an additional cost.

Wall Hanging Brackets for Heat Pump Covers – Wall hanging brackets for heat pump covers are the perfect solution for heat pumps that are mounted on a wall, off the ground. Simply attach the brackets to a wall and our heat pump covers can be fixed securely on them.

IS THERE AN INSTALLATION SERVICE?

Yes. We have a 3rd party partner that offers installation services. Bookings can be made through their portal accessible within the products page. The cost of this will depend on location and installation requirements.

DO I NEED A FLAT SURFACE TO INSTALL MY ENCLOSE SYSTEM ONTO?

Yes. We recommend all installation of Enclose covers on a level concrete or wooden platform for optimal use and mounting.
